Boost Your Magic: The 33 Essences Candle and How to Use It for Manifestation
One of the most common and accessible types of Magic is Candle Magic (Candle Magick). It can be as simple as lighting a candle, setting an intention, and making a request. It can also serve as an offering or a thank you for a favor received. For many, it’s the first step on the path of manifestation and spiritual connection.
The 33 essences candle is a powerful tool that I recommend you explore. My best friend, who also turned out to be a witch (we both started doing Magic at the same time without knowing it, she in her town and I in mine!), recommended it to me. Although our methods were different, synchronicities are always fascinating.
What is the 33 Essences Candle and What is it Used For?
This aromatic candle is known for its ability to open paths and manifest in various areas, from love and prosperity to health and protection. I lit the first one for five of my clients to get their US visa approved, and the first one has already been granted!
It has a very pleasant aroma and, if you light it in the morning and extinguish it before going to sleep, it can last up to seven days. It’s important to mention that some people leave candles burning non-stop, but I don’t recommend it. Safety comes first! I’ve heard stories of people who, unfortunately, had incidents in their homes due to carelessness.
You can find 33 essences candles in supermarkets like HEB for less than 50 pesos. In specialized esoteric shops, you can find them already prepared or even ask them to be customized for a specific purpose, which further enhances their effect.
How to Intend Your Candles to Boost Their Effects
Intention is key in candle magic. Although sometimes I forget to set intentions myself and they still work (haha!), the truth is that a good intention ritual can amplify your results.
- Angelical Connection: I always ask my angel (Hahaiah) in a simple and common prayer, asking for myself and my loved ones. I hold the candle jar in my hands for a moment, concentrating on what I want to manifest. This personal and sincere connection is very powerful.
- Engraving Intentions (for jar-less candles): If the candle doesn’t have a jar and I remember, I use a pencil (which I only use for this purpose) to write the names of the people or the intentions (health, money, love, protection, etc.) directly on the wax. It is said that the ideal way to do it is from the base towards the wick to “lift” the petition. You can also use the tip of an agave leaf for this, although I lost mine.
- Safety First: Whenever I leave home, I extinguish candles if there’s no one to watch them. I don’t mind extinguishing and re-lighting them several times a day; the safety of my home and my family is my top priority. Remember, a lit candle is live fire!
